The audit tool is free for everyone with no signup required.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. There are no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees.

Do unused credits roll over?

Credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Upgrade to a higher plan if you consistently need more credits each month.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new account starts with 3 free product descriptions — no credit card required. This lets you generate real descriptions and see the quality before committing to a paid plan.

What counts as one credit?

One credit generates a complete product description (including title, body, and bullet points) for a single product. A/B tests use two credits — one for each variant set.

Is there a refund policy?

We offer a 7-day refund on new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, email support@productpent.online within 7 days of your first charge for a full refund.
